  • The company's articles of association and official gazette notice
  • An official letter on company letterhead naming the person collecting the vehicle
  • The national ID card and driver's license of the person collecting the vehicle
  • A valid company check equal to the value of the vehicle

Residents of Iran

Required documents

  • A smart national ID card (or replacement receipt)
  • A valid driver's license issued at least one year ago
  • A purple Sayad check equal to the value of the vehicle and registered in the Sayad system
  • A cash security deposit based on the type of vehicle

International Tourists

Required documents

  • A valid passport with at least six months remaining
  • A valid International Driving Permit (IDP)
  • A round-trip flight ticket
  • A cash security deposit in US dollars or euros

Basic Coverage

The minimum coverage legally included with the vehicle

Coverage includes

  • The vehicle's legally required insurance coverage
  • A cash deposit retained for traffic fines or minor damage
  • The deposit is returned after drop-off, less the amount held for the traffic-fine inquiry

Security Deposit

A security deposit is a cash amount held by the car rental company as security against potential costs such as traffic fines or minor damage. After the vehicle is returned, the deposit is refunded to your account, less the amount held for the traffic-fine inquiry.
